They allow cigar smoking in the casino. I wonder how they justify allowing one person with a stinky cigar to contaminate the air? I have been trying to call the Casino Manager . Barry McGrady for some time now and he has not returned my calls. My friends told me he wouldn t but I had to see for myself. The smoke in the casino is terrible to the point of gagging at times. Even though we had a non-smoking room there was considerable smoke in our room due to the bathroom exhaust sucking smoke in from down the hallways.
The rooms are not cleaned well, even the toilet had not been cleaned on our last stay. I took pictures of the bugs that we found in our room.
The front desk people don t seem to care when you bring these things to their attention. Most of the screens are missing or broken on the doors and windows so you can t open the windows for fresh air.
The water park is the highlight of the place, but due to the water park there are a lot of young kids there, running down the halls screaming at all hours. If you do stay in the casino late playing slots like I like to do, don t expect to be able to sleep in due to the noise.
The food in the snack bar is not too bad but kind of hit and miss.
The food in the restaurant is very disappointing with a poor selection and several nights there is no menu only a very limited buffet also the service is terrible.
